The product, while seemingly well designed and functional, is anything but. Utterly useless; the loud popping and clicking will not abate while making a call. The handset features are extremely difficult to navigate without intensely studying the manual, and some of the buttons on the handsets tend to "float" in their settings, giving it a cheap feel. The worst part, however, is the reception:If there are **ANY** wireless routers in the area, this phone is useless. Given the pervasiveness of wireless routers in modern society, a product such as this is unfit for sale. I swapped this for a Panasonic of similar features, and am considerably happier.
you can only talk on one handset at a time, The reception is worse than the 2.4GHZ phone i replaced, and after about 2 months the phone doesn't always dial every number you press. Don't waste your money.
The unit has nice feature like speakerphone, etc. If you want someone to pick up the phone somewhere else, you will have to transfer the call. Only one handset can be in operation at a time.
